What is the typical lead time for furniture orders?
Most of our handcrafted pieces are made to order and typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most decor items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are non-refundable.

Do you provide white-glove delivery services?
White-glove delivery, which includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal, is available for an additional fee on all large furniture items at checkout.
