At Appointed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
